
Very tasty appetizers recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups of peanuts
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
3-4 drops sesame oil
Place peanuts in a bowl. Combine water, salt and allspice, then heat it through. Pour the heated mixture over the peanuts and mix well. Spread peanuts on a baking sheet and add 3-4 drops of sesame oil. Stir well to distribute oil. Bake at 275 degrees for one hour, stirring about every 10 minutes. This may be served either warm or cold. It’s delicious.

Ingredients:
1 cup dry roasted pecans
1 cup peanuts
1 cup cashews
1 tsp. celery salt
dash of garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and mix well. Heat in the microwave, uncovered, on high for 2-2 1/2 minutes, stirring after one minute. Yield: 3 cups.

An appetizers recipe to wake up your taste buds.
Ingredients:
1 cup mashed avocado
2 Tblsp. grated horse radish
1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
Celery stalks, washed and cut into uniform lengths
Mix the first three ingredients above , then fill celery stalks with the mixture. Top with fresh peas, bacon bits or shredded cheese for variety.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

A delicious appetizer for bacon lovers.
Ingredients:
20 cherry tomatoes
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. dill weed
3 Tblsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tblsp. snipped fresh parsley
Wash tomatoes, then slice tops off. With a spoon or melon baller, scoop pulp out . (Freeze pulp to use in other recipe later on.) Turn tomatoes, top side down on paper toweling to drain. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and use to stuff the drained tomatoes. Chill well before serving.

Shrimp Ke-bobs are great appetizers for a party.
Ingredients:
Shrimp
yellow squash, cut in bite-sized pieces
zucchini, cut in bite-size pieces
red or green bell pepper, cut in bite-size pieces
cherry tomatoes
Thread each ingredient onto a metal skewer and repeat twice. Grill at low to medium temperature until done, making sure to turn as needed.
