Ingredients:

1 cup mashed avocado
2 Tblsp. grated horse radish
1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
Celery stalks, washed and cut into uniform lengths
Mix the first three ingredients above , then fill celery stalks with the mixture. Top with fresh peas, bacon bits or shredded cheese for variety.

Ingredients:
Shrimp
yellow squash, cut in bite-sized pieces
zucchini, cut in bite-size pieces
