Ingredients:

1 cup Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 pkg., (3 oz), raspberry flavored gelatine
1 can, (16 oz), Ocean Spray jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup heavy cream

Heat cranberry juice cocktail to boiling, then add raspberry gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in the cranberry sauce and chill until the mixture is thickened. Fold whipped cream into thickened mixture and pour into serving dishes. Chill until mousse is firm. Garnish with additional whipped cream. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Baked Caramel Apples

It doesn’t get any easier than this delicious dessert recipe. Apples are low in calories and are a good source of fiber. It is said that its sweetness can increase the flow of saliva,reducing tooth decay .

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Ingredients:

6 baking apples, peeled , cored and washed
1 lemon
1 bottle or can of Caramel Topping

Cut lemon in half and rub apples with the lemon to prevent them from turning brown. Place apples in a covered baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes, or until tender. A few minutes before the apples are done baking, gently heat the Caramel Topping in a small bowl in the microwave until warm, not hot.
Serve apples in pretty bowls and pour some warm caramel topping over each one.

Note:For an added treat fill center with nuts and raisens; add a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream. Yummmmm!
