3 oz. white chocolate
Green food coloring
1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
Red hot candies
Melt white chocolate in the microwave, about 40-60 seconds on high. Add food coloring one drop at a time until mixture is the desired color. Gently stir in chow mein noodles until evenly coated. Drop by rounded Tblsp full onto wax paper and press center of each mound so it forms the shape of a wreath. Add a few red hot candies to each wreath, then let them set for about an hour before serving. Yield: one dozen.
