Arkansas is known as “The Natural State”, throughout the country because of its plentiful wildlife, clear lakes and streams and natural beauty. Take in the wonder of it’s magical beauty and stop along the way in El Dorado, which is Arkansas’ original boomtown. Keep your eyes peeled for the state bird, the ever popular Mockingbird, as well as the state flower, the fragrant Apple Blossom. Then spend a day or two in the Capital of Arkansas, Little Rock, where you can taste some Arkansas Tailgate Mustard and Bar-b-que Sauce, it will be a day to remember. Now y’all can’t forget to visit Emerson, the biggest little town in Arkansas while you’re in the area.

Arkansas takes pride in their sports teams, whether it’s the Razorbacks,the Arkansas State Indians or numerous other teams, they’re behind them all the way. It’s a common sight to witness backyard bar-b-ques; dads with their BBQ utensils and beverage tubs; some of the little ones even have their own Razorbacks dinnerware. Go Hogs!

Arkansas is also know for it’s natural Lansky hones which produce a razor sharp edge. They can be in the form of a flat slab or small rod and are used with water, oil or dry to sharpen kitchen knives and shop tools by creating friction between the knife/tool and the hone until a sharp edge is acheived. They are a highly sought after accessory.
